All products are shipped via US Postal Service within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Once items are in the possession of the Post Office, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Items will be shipped to the address on your order. Please, please make sure your address is correct. Shipping fees are nonrefundable if a package is returned for any reason.
We ship worldwide, however, we are not responsible for shipping delays or customs fees that may be charged as this is beyond our control.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I work hard on every skein and every order is double checked before being sent out. Returns will only be accepted if there is a flaw or defect with your yarn or a mistake with your order. If this happens, please contact me right away using the Contact us link or email me at email@example.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Refunds will only be issued for items in their original condition. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.
